CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING

Cardiovascular training can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight by burning calories, reduce your risk for developing heart disease and lower your cholesterol.

Our cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, rowing machines, stairclimber, ellipticals, and stationary and recumbent bikes.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength training can help you build and tone muscle, boost your metabolism, and either lose or manage your weight.

Our Strength and Conditioning equipment includes free weights, kettlebells, lat pull down, rear Delt/pec fly, leg press, leg curl/extension, smith machine and functional trainer.

SAUNA

The benefits of a sauna extend beyond detoxification; it’s also good for your heart. Sitting in a sauna has effects akin to mild exercise. The heart gets a gentle workout while the heat of the sauna dilates the capillaries and improves blood flow.

SENIOR CLASSES

Regular exercise improves the lives of seniors, mentally, emotionally and physically. Feel good about yourself, and get a chance to interact with other seniors for socialization, accountability and motivation.
