Enjoy Private Training in a Small Group Setting

For a more personal group exercise experience, B.E. Fitness offers small group training classes. Class size is limited to 4-8 people, and a personal trainer works alongside throughout the session to ensure proper form and technique.

Small group classes range from high intensity interval training (HIIT) to cycling, TRX functional training and yoga. Every age and fitness level can benefit from the personalized attention and welcoming environment offered by small group training.

45-minute session (4-8 people)

  • Single class ~ $50
  • 4-week series (2x/week) $360 ~ $45/class
  • 8-week series (2x/week) $640 ~ $40/class
  • 12-week series (2x/week) $840 ~ $35/class

Having a personal trainer doesn’t mean you’re training to be an elite athlete. It means you are taking time to care for your body and get extra support.

Andrea will work one-one-one with you to offer nutritional guidance, workout plans and track your progress.

Personal Training Rates

  • 1 hour session – $25
  • 30 minutes – $15

Personal Training Packages

  • 30 minutes – 4 sessions – $55
  • 30 minutes – 8 sessions – $100
  • 60 minutes – 4 sessions – $90
  • 60 minutes – 8 sessions – $160
