For a more personal group exercise experience, BE Strong Fitness & Yoga offers small group training classes. Class size is limited to 4-8 people, and a personal trainer works alongside throughout the session to ensure proper form and technique.
Small group classes range from high intensity interval training (HIIT) to cycling, TRX functional training and yoga. Every age and fitness level can benefit from the personalized attention and welcoming environment offered by small group training.
30-minute session (4-8 people)

45-minute session (4-8 people)
